The successful candidate will have
Experience supporting children with SEND, autism, complex needs, or challenging behaviour
Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient approach
Confident in using positive behaviour management and deescalation strategies
Comfortable providing personal care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting the child’s development
Desirable Experience
Previous LSA or TA experience
Experience with complex SEND or highneeds pupils
Training in behaviour management or deescalation
Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, health & social care, or SEND
