Teaching Assistant – Primary & SEND Support

Gloucestershire

£90–£105 per day

Full-Time or Part-Time, Flexible

Primary & SEND

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include

Support teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
Assist pupils with additional needs, including SEND
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Support behaviour management and classroom routines
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff

The successful candidate will have

Experience working with children (school-based or similar preferred)
Patient, caring, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Genuine passion for education and child development
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) desirable but not essential
