Built by Parents And Professional Educators
Thrive was founded by 2 passionate parents. One a recruiter and the other a primary school teacher.
They identified that there was a major disconnect between professional educators, their work satisfaction and the expectations of headteachers and board members.
Managing Director Ellis Jackson, and his wife Jen, a qualified teacher, built the business on a shared understanding of both the classroom and recruitment, and a belief that education recruitment should be done properly.
That means listening, understanding, and supporting people at every stage.
