Candidate Requirements

Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.

Have previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.

Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be dependable, adaptable, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
