KS3 Class Teacher

SEN Teacher (KS3)

If you’re ready to rediscover why you became a teacher in the first place, this could be your moment.

Location: Worcester

Start Date: September

Salary: £163 - 224

Focus:

Class teacher with KS3 students, using a Primary teaching approach

You will be hard pressed to find another school locally with better internal support networks and comradery amongst staff.

Environment:

Creative, student-centred, and mission-led — no rigid plans or late-night marking marathons

Why It Stands Out

• Emphasis on individual outcomes, not just academic benchmarks

• A chance to see your impact daily, without waiting for exam results or inspections

• Encourages creativity and relationship-building over bureaucracy

• Part of a bespoke education provider that values teacher autonomy and student wellbeing
