The successful candidate will have
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable.
A patient, empathetic and flexible approach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to adapt support strategies to meet the child's individual needs.
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
