Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care, learning, and developmental support to children within an early years setting.

Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents through effective communication.

Contribute to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes children's growth and development.

Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and flexibility in supporting the needs of the nursery.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.

A recognised Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.

An Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A reliable, adaptable, and professional approach to work.
